I can't submit a Ticket If you are trying to submit a ticket but do not know the required fields, fill them out to the best of your ability. We prefer to have these fields accurate so we can more quickly resolve your issue, however if you do not know them, fill them in with a place holder and the ticket system will submit your ticket.
